Account & data deletion

You can delete a single request, your whole account or your personal data. Below is what disappears in each case and how to do it.

Delete a request

You can close an open request in the Legaty app or by emailing support@legaty.com. Once it is closed, we stop matching for it and its description is no longer passed to attorneys.

Delete your account

Email us at support@legaty.com and include the phone number the account is registered to. To make sure the account is deleted by its owner, we confirm it with a code sent by SMS to that number. Once confirmed, the account and its open requests are closed and deleted.

Delete your personal data

Together with the account we delete the description of your situation, your name and your phone number. We may keep only what the law expressly requires us to keep, and anonymized technical records that cannot identify you.

We will confirm that we received your message and let you know once the deletion is complete. We do this without undue delay.
