What Legaty is

Legaty is a technology platform that receives requests and arranges contact with an attorney. Legaty is not a law firm, law office, or attorneys’ association, does not give legal advice through this website, and is not a party to any arrangement between you and the attorney.

Submitting a request does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or guarantee that an attorney will take the matter. You agree the terms of legal help directly with the attorney after contact.

Who can use the service

The service is available to legally capable persons aged 18 or older. You must provide a valid phone number and verify it with an SMS code. If you act for someone else, make sure you have authority to share their data.

Requests

Describe the situation truthfully and with enough detail for an initial review. Do not put phone numbers, email addresses, links, unnecessary data about other people, unlawful material, or information you have no right to share in the description.

By submitting a request, you ask Legaty to review it, pass the full description and your phone number to the selected attorney, and allow us and the attorney to contact you by phone or SMS only about that request. This is not consent to marketing messages.

Payment

The website has no paid features: Legaty does not receive or process your payments. If an attorney offers paid legal help, you agree its scope, price, payment terms, and any refund directly with the attorney. Legaty is not a party to that arrangement.

Responsibility

Legaty is responsible for receiving and passing on the request within the operation of the platform. The attorney is independently responsible for their advice, services, timing, and work product.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, contact within a particular time, acceptance of a request by an attorney, or a particular legal outcome. These limits do not reduce rights that cannot be limited by law.

Personal data

We process data as described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting a request, you confirm that you have read that policy and these terms.
